I have more than two decades of experience in key positions in both public administration and federal public enterprises. My expertise includes public law, in particular organisational law, health law, data law and issues of public corporate governance and public service.
In my long career, I have gained deep insights into the mechanisms of politics and administration, legislation, regulatory strategy, crisis management and public law. I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape the interplay between law and politics in today's society. With my expertise, I support clients of Arioli Law in complex legal issues, always with the aim of finding pragmatic and forward-looking solutions.
